Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on orders $50 and over.

Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $50: $6.99 Standard | $11.99 Expedited.

Oversized items may not qualify for free shipping. See calculated shipping price at checkout.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within a timely manner. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via standard or expedited carriers and may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and service selected.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. GoodStuff Co is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. GoodStuff Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: 

GoodStuff Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
